Application/Consent Form
No camper will be allowed to participate without a completed application,
consent form and physical. Your personal insurance will
be used as the primary coverage.
Insurance
Our camp insurance will be a secondary coverage. It will cover
injuries incurred in supervised camp activities that are not covered
by your primary insurance. Each camper will be sent insurance
and medical forms prior to attending camps.
Medical Information
NC State University possess a fine infirmary and professional staff
that will be immediately available should any medical needs arise.
Certified athletic trainers from the NC State Sports Medicine staff
will be on-site at every training session.
Location
The camp will be held at the brand new J.W. Isenhour Tennis Complex.
Our Tennis Complex includes 11 courts (7 Outdoor Stadium courts and 4 Indoor Courts).
Supervision
Activities both on and off the court are supervised by staff members
for their entire stay in camp. No one is allowed to leave campus
or leave their group during camp.
Coach: Camper Ratio
We have one staff member for every five players.
Overnight Camps - What to Bring
Campers should bring a pillow, towels, sheets, washcloths, toiletries,
a blanket, alarm clock.
Roommate Policy
Roommates can be assigned, if requested 14 days prior to camp
session’s start date.
Deposit/Refund Policy
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required with each application.
T-Shirt
All players will be presented with the official NC State Tennis Camp
t-shirt.
Meals
Lunch is provided for all day campers. Overnight campers will have all their meals provided.
Early Drop-off/Late Pick-up
We will offer early drop-off at 7:30 am and/or late pick-up at 5:30 pm. This will be available for $25.
**Family and Friends are invited to attend training sessions and games
We welcome families to watch their child train.
